MODEL RELEASE

1. I, “the Model”, permit “the Photographer” named in this contract, to copyright and use the photograph(s) of me and my property for any purpose in any form.

2. I can use edited photograph(s) provided by the Photographer for personal use as part of personal modeling portfolio, social media and personal printing.

3. I will not re-process, edit, alter or apply filters to any of the photographs.

4. I agree I have no rights to sell, license or publish any photographs to any person or entity.

5. I release, discharge and save harmless the Photographer from any liability that may occur in the taking or publication of the photograph(s).

6. I declare that I am over 18 years old. If I am under 18 years of age I must provide evidence of consent by a parent or guardian to this model release.
