Portraits of an artist: Shayne Murphy

Shayne’s artwork is often large scale and they dominate they room they occupy. His studio is full of oil painting and charcoal drawings, some with sharp lines, all with sharp themes.

This session was a mix of uncluttered portraits with plain backgrounds and some using the studio for more environmental portraits. The black and white film photographs were taken on a Hasselblad 500cm, the digital pictures taken on a Canon 5Div,
