All materials and images on this site are the proprietary and copyrighted property of Fil Nenna Photography. You may not copy or reproduce images for any personal or commercial use, though they are available for licensing with permission from us (please email info@filnenna.com for more information).

Prints

I strive to deliver the highest quality prints which will last for generations, though this is a one-person business and I appreciate that sometimes accidents can happen. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, neither am I.

If you are unhappy with your product, or it is damaged in some way, please take a photo of the problem and email with an explanatory note within 14 days to store@filnenna.com. If a return is necessary, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and I will refund the original purchase payment.

Processing and preparation of orders may take up to 10 business days, and then shipped using UPS ground (up to 5 days).

Photography Lab Services

Film naturally comes with some risks when being exposed, developed, scanned and stored. My acceptance of your film negatives and/or physical prints is without liability. Recovery for any incidental or consequential damages to your film and/or prints are excluded.

No warranty or liability

You agree that we are not liable to you or others if any damage of any kind arise from the use of this website. Use of links originating from this website to external sites are at your own risk.
